Joe M. Staub Building Group is a Licenced General Contractor specializing in New Home Construction, Home Remodeling and Commercial Projects. We have been in business since 2005 and have been dedicated to providing our clients throughout the Nashville, TN area with an enjoyable experience from the start of the project through completion.
Expanding our footprint out of the Greater Nashville Area, we are now a Certified Licensed General Building Contractor in the State of Florida and in the 2nd Quarter of 2024, we will be licensed in the State of Georgia and intend to bring our same level of service and satisifaction to those clients we will begin serving there as well beginning in late 2024.
We work with all Architectural Firms and Interior Designers who, like us, strive to stretch the realms of possibility with our Design Build Projects for our clients. We first listen to our clients' needs and visions then we incorporate them along with our own creative suggestions to come up with end product they will enjoy living in.

Joe M. Staub Building Group has been involved in numerous of projects over the years, from simple renovation and new home construction to large commercial projects. By exceeding client expectations through commitment and collaboration, we have been successfully growing our business in the Nashville, to the high-end residential construction market in the years since inception. Most of our projects result in referrals from happy clients, designers and architects. This includes helping serve our greater Nashville area community in times of need such as the historic May, 2010 floods by helping to rebuild damaged homes from the flood waters that crippled the greater Nashville area.

Joe is a dedicated husband and father of three adult children and a free spirted Pop Pop of 5 grandchildren. Joe exudes a true passion for the "unforseen challenges" that occur in all of his renovation and remodeling projects. Not knowing what to expect once his team opens their first wall is what fires him up! Then their's the fun of bringing a new custom home out of the ground or building out a new commercial office or building.
As a professional and licensed Realtor®, he understands which improvements directly translate to home value, and therefore is able to consult with home owners about best value options so that they do not over build.
